DecryptMSN is a small application that allows one to recover Microsoft Messenger passwords from the local hard disk. The program can be installed with just a few clicks, and the interface is simple. All you have to do is press the decrypt button and the password will show up.
It works with all the versions of Microsoft instant messaging clients: Windows Live Messenger, MSN Messenger, Windows Messenger, Windows Live Hotmail, and MSN Explorer. The last version of Live Messenger, 9, is also supported.
The recovery process works regardless of the password length. It finds the file where your messenger stores and encrypts your data, cracks it, and retrieves the password. It will not work if the password was never stored locally - for example if you never selected the 'remember my password' option. Also, it will not work if you just installed the messenger on the computer for the first time.
If you need your MSN password, and you need it NOW, this is the program you are looking for.
The demo version will only show you the password length, but in order to recover it, the program must be purchased.
